Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the industries we serve
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend industry events as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities and provide regular reports to the management team
